Job summary

Pauma Band of Mission Indians seeks an experienced Table Games Shift Manager to assist the Shift Manager in supervising the department during the shift. Ensuring adequate staffing and directing table games personnel, you may witness major jackpots and sign checks, upholding customer service and game integrity.

You will act as Shift Manager in the absence of the Shift Manager, oversee operations, and enforce all casino procedures for Table Games.

Qualifications

Three to five years experience in a casino Table Games with live house banker games.
Minimum of three years in a Table Games supervisory role or higher.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Knowledge of craps, roulette and blackjack.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Shift Manager in supervising the Table Games department during the shift.
Ensure staffing levels and direct personnel accordingly.
May witness major jackpots and sign jackpot checks.
Maintain high standards of customer service, game protection and integrity.
Oversee operations and respond to customer questions and disputes.
Implement casino procedures related to Table Games operations.
Assist with shift scheduling and ensure proper staffing at all times.
Perform computer and administrative duties.
