Qualifications

• 5+ years in table games operations including dealer and supervisor.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with gaming regulatory reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily table games operations and guest services in coordination with the Table Games Director.
• Select, train, monitor, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Act as a role model; promote teamwork, morale and exceptional guest relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and internal controls.
• Prepare schedules and manage workflow to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Support Eye, Hi, Goodbye program and maintain high service excellence.
