Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a comparable supervisory role in table games.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations in the table games department.
• Coordinate scheduling with Shift Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help with budgeting and monitor department performance and expenses.
• Promote and model superior customer service per company standards.
• Collaborate with Shift Manager on strategies for games layout, revenue growth and compliance.
• Oversee integrity of all gaming equipment and secure inventories.
