Qualifications

• Associates degree or 3+ years in Table Games leadership role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to interact with guests and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily management of a designated shift in the Table Games department.
• Oversee games, game protection, and overall operation of the table games on the shift.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager and address scheduling concerns with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Assist in budgeting by providing recommendations and supporting budget initiatives.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to standards and address issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and internal controls; monitor for compliance.
