Job summary

Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to lead the table games department, ensuring superior guest service and adherence to regulatory standards. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and support budget processes while driving profitability and operational excellence.

The role requires knowledge of Table Games Operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to present information effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in related field and one-year experience in Table Games or equivalent.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Table Games operating systems.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Knowledge of all Table Games and Table Games Operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and management in the table games department and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling and address scheduling concerns with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report concerns to management.
• Work with shifts to implement strategies for customer service, revenue growth, and expense management to maximise profitability.
• Promote teamwork by addressing feedback, suggestions, and grievances of staff.
• Oversee accountability of chips, cards, dice and other gaming equipment and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications for the Table Games department.
