Job summary

Hollywood Casino Morgantown seeks an experienced Table Games Operations Leader to supervise staff, oversee daily shift activities, and ensure service quality. You will monitor games, enforce procedures, and drive profitability while maintaining compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4 years in leadership, excellent communication, and knowledge of Excel/Word and table game systems. Flexibility to work nights and holidays is expected, with focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years in Table Games leadership role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Table Games systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report concerns.
• Promote superior customer service and ensure standards are followed.
• Oversee all games and staff in Table Games on assigned shift.
• Enforce game procedures and internal controls; ensure compliance.
• Handle customer concerns and make service recovery decisions.
• Maintain accountability for chips, cards, dice and gaming equipment.
• Maintain inventories and collaborate on engagement strategies to grow revenue.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications for Table Games.
• Address team feedback and uphold daily operational integrity.
