Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in table games as a dealer or supervisor is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent employee and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead table games dealers to ensure legendary customer service.
• Ensure training and tools for dealers to act as service professionals.
• Maintain game integrity and deal games per policies.
• Track guest play and report irregularities to management.
• Promote compliance with Ohio regulations and company procedures.
