Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience in Table Games leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Table Games operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily shift operations.
• Create effective schedules and control labor costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report budget concerns to management.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee all games and staff in Table Games on assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with game procedures, policies, and internal controls.
• Maintain gambling equipment inventories and table limits.
• Support strategic initiatives to maximize profitability and guest engagement.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and communications for the department.
