Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service in the gaming pit.
• Supervises and secures all table games in the assigned area.
• Ensures security of table games and related equipment; maintains communication with Surveillance.
• Maintains integrity of the player rating system and reports anomalies.
• Coordinates scheduling with the Scheduling Department and informs on daily changes.
• Enforces CTGC gaming rules, internal controls, and company policies.
• Keeps other departments informed of developments affecting their function.
• Handles customer and employee related issues with composure and professionalism.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
