Responsibilities

• Manage the Table Games Supervisors and daily and strategic operations of the Table Games departments.
• Assist in supervising the Table Games department and promote customer development during shifts.
• Encourage teamwork, solicit employee ideas and feedback, and guide assigned personnel in duties.
• Identify training needs and recommend changes in the department including hiring and promotions.
• Oversee staffing, safety, security, and compliance; handle grievances and disciplinary actions.
