Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Table Games Pit Supervisor to oversee the overall personnel and operational management of the assigned Table Games pit section. The role includes directing dealers, monitoring game pace and payouts, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and Title 31/IRS reporting requirements.

You will supervise staff, train team members, and maintain game integrity while delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, directs, and supervises Table Games Dealers, and observes table action in assigned pit section for adherence to company policies, procedures, and various regulatory agencies regulations.
• Regularly inspects cards, cubes, and tiles in assigned section for damage or irregularities and reports to Pit Manager any requested replacements.
• Maintains proper table bank inventory through fills and credits, table openers and closures.
• Performs table inventory procedures at shift change.
