Supervisors support dealers to ensure accurate game operations and safe asset protection. The position requires 21+ with dealer experience, a valid Illinois Gaming License, and ability to work any shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have dealer experience and Illinois Gaming License.
• Strong knowledge of casino rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work any day and shift, remain professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation of an assigned number of tables.
• Ensure fills and credits are handled per policy.
