Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate gaming equipment (keyboard, telephone).
• Ability to review player data and documentation.
• Ability to observe and direct actions of subordinates.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses per regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to guests and team members.
