Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information to customers, clients, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards casino assets.
• Directly supervises Dealers in the Table Games pit and observes table action for policy and regulatory adherence.
• Inspects cards, cubes, tiles for damage and reports replacements.
• Maintains table bank inventory and handles open/close of tables.
• Performs table inventory at shift changes.
• Issues markers within credit lines and processes marker payments.
• Controls game pace and reviews payouts.
• Arbitrates customer disputes and escalates when needed.
• Monitors game and player activity and reports to Pit Manager.
• Disciplines or commends staff and assists in training.
• Utilizes systems to support department operations.
