Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of specified table games and staffing on assigned shift.
• Assists in selecting, training and evaluating subordinate employees.
• Ensures games move at an appropriate pace and manages limits and staffing.
• Informs shift managers of noteworthy, suspicious, or unusual activity.
• Coaches employees to maintain performance and productivity.
