Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee the assigned pit section. You will direct dealers, monitor table action for policy and regulatory compliance, and ensure accurate payouts and inventory during the shift.

You will also mentor staff, coordinate with the Pit Manager and Surveillance, and participate in training for new hires while maintaining exceptional guest service and adherence to R.I.C.H. values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise table games dealers and ensure policy adherence.
• Ability to inspect gaming equipment and report irregularities.
• Maintain accurate table bank inventory and perform shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise table games dealers in the pit.
• Monitor game pace and payouts to ensure accuracy and fairness.
• Discipline or commend staff as needed during shifts.
• Coordinate with Pit Manager and Surveillance on issues.
• Assist in training new hires and ongoing team development.
