Job summary

Seven Feathers is seeking a Pit Supervisor to oversee table games in the Pit Area during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service and profitable operations. You will monitor compliance, resolve guest concerns, and guide Pit staff while maintaining awareness of gaming laws and internal controls.

Qualities include 1–3 years casino experience, 21+ age, and the ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License. OLCC card required and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years casino experience; supervisory or lead preferred.
• Proficient in Blackjack, Craps, Roulette.
• Knowledge of Title 31 regulations.
• Able to obtain Class III Gaming License.
• Must have OLCC card.
• Excellent organizational and customer relations skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees card games in the Pit Area on an assigned shift and provides guests with superior service.
• Monitors table games to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Internal Controls.
• Maintains knowledge on Title 31, gaming laws, and Internal Regulations.
• Resolves guest disputes and concerns to ensure superior service is maintained.
• Directs workflow for Pit staff and collaborates with management on staffing decisions.
