Job summary

Hard Rock Northern Indiana Casino is seeking a Pit Supervisor to oversee a pit of table games under the direction of the Pit Manager. You will mentor team members, supervise dealers, and ensure superior guest service while maintaining policy compliance.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, appraising performance, handling guest concerns, tracking play, and ensuring correct buy-ins and markers, with strict adherence to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Three years table games experience required.
• Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above preferred.
• Knowledge of all primary casino games and most secondary games.

Responsibilities

• Supervises dealer responsibilities and ensures adherence to company policies.
• Trains team members and plans, assigns, and directs work.
• Appraises performance, rewards, and disciplining staff.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems; rating and tracking guests play.
• Assists guests with markers and ensures buy-ins are correct.
• Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and statutes.
