Job summary

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of table games, policies, and procedures; proficient with multiple pit games.
• Minimum two years multi-game dealing experience; ability to handle confidential information.
• Certification in Title 31 and Problem Gambling; annual training required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and control an assigned pit to ensure consistent customer service and game integrity.
• Oversee dealers, direct game play, and correct actions as needed to comply with policies.
• Observe activity for security and compliance with internal controls and minimum standards.
• Maintain awareness of players, banks, and dealer performance; manage game supplies and table banks.
• Ensure high standards of customer courtesy and teamwork with casino staff; perform duties per procedures.
