Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking experienced Table Games Supervisors/Dealers to oversee operations in the assigned pit, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain game integrity at the tables. Responsibilities

Oversees the operations of assigned area, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and departmental policies and procedures.
Supervise the Table Games staff within assigned area and ensure proper procedure is followed by all Dealers under their supervision while ensuring the integrity of the game.
Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area.
Maintains awareness of activity on games in area of supervision; settles disputes that may arise, escalating issues when appropriate.
Motivates dealers to provide superior customer service while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace.
Directly responsible for customer service objectives.
