Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee full financial accountability for all profit and loss centers.
• Design and implement improvement processes and operational policies.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to provide optimum staffing in all areas.
• Provide flawless customer service and establish a positive guest perception.
• Mentor, coach and direct team members to foster teamwork and planning.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate supervisors, team members, deli staff and floor coordinators.
• Merchandise products and manage inventory.
• Coordinate schedules, opening/closing duties, and POS training.
