Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee assigned table games, ensuring accurate gameplay, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experience.

You will monitor play for irregularities, safeguard cards and chips, supervise payouts, support dealers, and maintain high standards of safety and service in a fast-paced casino environment. You will also manage table funds, credits, and player ratings, while staying informed about promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in all casino table games offered is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Gaming License.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor table game activity to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Safeguard all gaming cards, equipment, and assets.
• Oversee and verify accurate, timely payouts and correct dealer errors when necessary.
• Oversee administrative functions including table fills, credits, player ratings, and game rundowns.
• Assist with monitoring staffing levels to ensure proper coverage and adherence to labor budgets.
• Identify and analyze guest play patterns to detect potential cheating or unusual activity.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support ongoing improvement of dealer skills and customer service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
