• Oversee all games, game protection, and overall Table Games/Slots operations on shift.
• Support, administer and manage performance and profit objectives.
• Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service per standards.
• Provide oversight for the gaming floor on the assigned shift.
• Handle customer concerns and requests effectively.
• Monitor chips and cash transactions and ensure correct payouts.
• Maintain accountability for gaming equipment and inventory.
• Verify table inventories and manage table limits.
• Engage team members and address feedback, complaints and grievances.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
