Job summary

Hard Rock International, a premier casino brand, is seeking a Pit Manager to oversee casino table games on an assigned shift and ensure smooth operations. You will review game spread, staffing and compliance with Gaming Regulations, while maintaining the integrity of the casino operation.

Your leadership will focus on driving guest satisfaction, protecting rewards, and delivering a fun, safe, and high-energy gaming environment across a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years as a Floor Supervisor in a casino.
Ability to lead a team and ensure compliance with gaming policies.

Responsibilities

Oversee casino table games operations on a shift.
Review game spread and staffing; propose policy changes per regulations.
Maintain security and integrity of table games operations.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly.
Staff and schedule the Table Games department effectively.
