Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two (2) years of related gaming experience including six (6) months in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of casino table games or training/school certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills; must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee table games dealers and improve staff effectiveness through training and discipline as needed.
• Monitor game integrity and mediate issues for guests and employees.
• Ensure policy compliance when opening/closing games and protect casino assets.
• Provide exceptional guest service and communicate daily business to management.
