Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Illinois is seeking a Table Games Concierge to provide quality guest service and manage poker room reservations and data entry. The role promotes Family Style Service culture through actions and a positive attitude.

The successful candidate will monitor poker tables, assist hosts, handle guest questions on rules and policies, stay compliant with Title 31, and maintain a clean, professional work environment while representing Caesars with integrity and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming license.
• Prior in-person guest service and data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all poker tables for open seats and assist hosts in calling new games.
• Build guest relations and promote a welcoming environment.
• Answer questions about game rules and casino policies.
• Be familiar with Title 31 guidelines and use SARC when necessary.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and adhere to policies.
• Handle routine customer complaints professionally to maintain guest relationships.
• Work flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays.
