Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Poker Supervisor to oversee the Poker Room, monitor player activity, and safeguard games while delivering friendly service to guests.

Responsibilities include seating players, recording seat changes, handling cash transfers, and maintaining poker bank and paperwork. The role requires five years of poker dealing experience and LA licensing eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five years previous Poker dealing experience is required.
• Ability to obtain a Non-Key LA Gaming license and Responsible Vendor Certification.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and perform basic math without use of calculator.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who are waiting to be seated at an active Poker game.
• Seats customers on available Poker table and informs the Dealer of a new player.
• Makes seat changes and records them to prevent errors.
• Transfers monies from Cashier to customers.
• Monitors games at critical hours to ensure security and fairness.
• Organizes games when there are enough players to fill seats.
• Ensures games are adequately staffed and supervised.
