Qualifications

• Technical school education or equivalent experience.
• Must hold a valid Colorado gaming license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Understand and adhere to all Colorado gaming regulations and applicable laws.
• Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Public relations and guest service skills.
• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy in completing duties.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deal assigned table games accurately while monitoring table funds and game flow.
• Maintain control over cards, chips and equipment to ensure game integrity.
• Observe and evaluate player behavior for cheating or unusual play.
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding to player needs and questions.
• Process and pay all winning wagers accurately and efficiently.
• Uphold safety and security protocols for guests and staff.
• Know property amenities, promotions, and events to assist guests.
