Addus HomeCare is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to operationalize the organization’s TA strategy across divisions, overseeing programs, processes, and tools that strengthen recruiting operations. You will lead a team, develop SOPs, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions that improve the candidate experience.

The role requires 5+ years in TA, strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT and field operations, and the ability to translate strategic priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with high-volume processes.
• Ability to operationalize TA strategy into processes and documentation.
• Strong leadership with ability to interact across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA priorities into operational processes, resources, and workflows.
• Influence design and optimization of processes for a consistent user experience.
• Engage with field teams and advisory councils for feedback and alignment.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback; implement adjustments as needed.
• Oversee SOPs, templates, and communications for clarity and uniformity.
• Ensure TA systems/tools maximize workflow efficiency and compliance.
• Lead implementation of new processes, systems, or tools.
• Provide escalation support for systems and processes; vendor engagement as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Field Operations to operationalize initiatives.
• Manage TA Operations Specialists and develop the team.
