Responsibilities

• Lead Recruiting Coordinator team and ensure high-quality recruiting support.
• Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across recruiting processes.
• Act as SME for Workday Recruiting including reporting and offers.
• Develop recruiting metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to support workforce planning and hiring outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and recruiting technology enhancements.
• Oversee interview coordination, candidate communications, and onboarding readiness.
• Support corporate and leadership-level recruiting when needed.
