Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs to build scalable recruiting practices, improve candidate experience, and strengthen TA technology and reporting. You will partner across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders to execute hiring priorities with data-informed processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Talent Programs, or HR Operations.
• Experience leading programs, projects, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives in TA/HR.
• Experience providing operational guidance, training, and support to TA teams preferred.
• Experience in biotechnology or life sciences environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA operations strategy to support growth, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Own end-to-end TA operations infrastructure from requisition to onboarding.
• Manage TA tech ecosystem including ATS, reporting, data governance, and integrations.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to translate hiring priorities into execution.
• Develop and implement TA programs, including candidate experience, structured interviewing, and hiring manager enablement.
• Establish governance, templates, and SOPs for consistent hiring across functions and geographies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and data integrity across TA processes.
• Deliver TA dashboards, executive reports, and actionable insights.
