Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Typically 8+ years of TA operations/enablement or HR Operations preferred.
• Typically 3+ years leading a recruiting team (Sourcers, Coordinators) preferred.
• Strong experience managing ATS, CRM, and sourcing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the TA Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of all recruiting processes and programs.
• Own and optimize all recruiting tools, systems, and technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to drive recruiter efficiency and improve candidate experience.
• Develop analytics to monitor and report on KPIs that measure recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire.
• Oversee and coach the Sourcing and TA Coordinator teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery excellence.
• Design and maintain recruiting dashboards to provide visibility into team performance and hiring trends.
• Manage relationships with RPO providers, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure service-level and performance alignment.
• Implement and maintain process documentation, training, and enablement materials for TA across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring requirements and audit readiness across TA processes.
• Foster a learning culture with coaching, feedback, accountability, and development.
