Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to drive excellence across recruiting.

You will own recruiting tools, analytics, and dashboards, guiding a team of Sourcing and TA Coordinators to deliver high-quality hire experiences for candidates and hiring managers. You will partner with TA leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to streamline processes, implement innovative solutions, and ensure compliance across TA workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of TA operations/enabling or HR Operations experience.
3+ years leading a recruiting team (Sourcers, Coordinators).
Experience managing ATS, CRM, and sourcing technologies.
Experience with or managing RPOs and external recruiting vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead TA Operations function, ensuring smooth execution of recruiting processes and programs.
Own and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and technologies to drive recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.
Develop analytics to monitor KPIs and report recruiting effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of hire.
Oversee Sourcing and TA Coordinator teams for alignment and delivery excellence.
Design and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics for visibility into performance and hiring trends.
Manage relationships with RPO providers, external vendors, and technology partners.
Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
