Scale Computing, Inc. is seeking two Senior Managers, People Operations to partner with managers across Austin, TX, and Indianapolis, IN, and remote teams.

Each role owns a company-wide program—HRIS & People Data or Talent Acquisition—and acts as the hands-on People partner for one office and its remote groups. You will manage recruiting, performance cycles, and employee relations, while advancing automation and AI-enabled processes.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on HR generalist exposure (3–4 years).
• Broad working knowledge across multiple HR areas, not limited to one specialty.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical roles.
• Proven ability to build or overhaul an HR program, process, or system.
• Hands-on depth in at least one area: HRIS/admin or recruiting function.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and employee relations.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and handle sensitive employee matters.

• Be the primary People partner for your office (Austin or Indianapolis) and US remote teams.
• Coach managers on performance, structure, and difficult conversations; resolve employee relations matters.
• Run full-cycle recruiting and collaborate with hiring managers on roles and interviews.
• Deliver merit, performance, and promotion cycles using executive-designed frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate or AI-enable People processes and build related workflows.
