Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support TA daily operations, systems, and projects. You will handle IT-related tickets, training, communications, and data management within a fast-paced veterinary network.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR or TA, experience with ATS (Avature preferred), and strong Excel and IT support skills. This role blends TA, IT, and project coordination to keep processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferred).
• ATS experience required; Avature strongly preferred.
• Administrative and/or IT support experience.
• Systems analysis capabilities and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support TA tickets and incident management across tools and systems.
• Schedule meetings, document actions, and drive follow ups for projects.
• Coordinate TA training sessions, logistics, and materials.
• Prepare and distribute the recruitment newsletter to teammates.
• Conduct QA testing on TA systems to ensure reliability.
• Manage data access and audits to maintain data integrity.
