Transformations Care Network is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our talent acquisition function. The role blends analytics, HR technology, and process improvement with oversight of the TA Support team to coordinate pre-hire activities and onboarding.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with recruiting systems, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role supports multi-site operations and healthcare growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting analytics, or HR technology.
• Experience leading recruiting or HR operations teams.
• Expertise with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Responsibilities

• Streamline the hiring process from job posting through onboarding.
• Lead the TA Support team, enforcing SLAs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update SOPs for operational consistency.
• Administer applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
• Optimize workflows with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Evaluate and implement tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Build dashboards to monitor time-to-fill, pipeline health, and recruiter performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align hiring support with business needs.
