We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support our TA team's daily operations, systems, and projects. What You'll Do

Support Ticket Administration

• Manage and resolve TA support tickets using Fresh Service and Monday.com, ensuring timely responses and follow-through.

Project Management Support

• Schedule meetings, document action items, and drive follow-ups to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

Training & Enablement

• Coordinate training sessions for the TA team, handling logistics, scheduling, and materials.

Communications

• Compile and distribute the recruitment newsletter to keep teammates informed and engaged.

IT Quality Assurance

• Perform QA testing on TA systems and tools to ensure functionality, accuracy, and a smooth user experience.

Data Management & Audits

• Provision system access for new teammates.
• Maintain prospect lists and update datasets for accuracy.
• Conduct termination and access audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (preferred)
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required — Avature strongly preferred
• Administrative and/or IT support experience
• Systems analysis capabilities with a knack for troubleshooting and process improvement
• A customer-service-oriented approach to internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
