Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting TA transformation, innovation, or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Experience working with TA systems (ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA innovation initiatives with new tools and scalable recruiting solutions.
• Improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, TA leadership, HRIS, and external vendors to optimize platforms.
• Translate workforce needs into TA roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure adoption of TA innovations.
• Support change management and training for new TA capabilities.
• Stay current on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide insights to TA leaders to support hiring priorities.
