Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior leader to drive a multi-year Talent Acquisition transformation, redesigning processes, operating models, and technology to boost recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. You will align TA initiatives with HR strategy and workforce planning, and shape change management for adoption of new tools.

The role requires a deep TA technology background, strong analytics, and executive communication skills to influence global stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 4 years in transformation, strategy, or operations leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale TA transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools), with Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging TA data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of a multi-year TA transformation roadmap, including process redesign, operating model evolution, and technology modernization.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve recruiter effectiveness, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, time-to-fill, and NPS across all talent segments.
• Drive alignment between TA transformation initiatives and enterprise HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational goals.
• Develop change management strategies and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
