Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations to lead the strategy, deployment, and optimization of enterprise TA platforms globally, ensuring a compliant, efficient candidate and recruiter experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with enterprise ATS (Workday Recruit or equivalent), integration of TA tech (CRM, recruitment marketing, assessments, AI/chat tools), and driving adoption across regions, languages, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading programs in a global HR/TA environment.
• Experience supporting organizations with 50,000+ employees across geographies.
• Hands-on experience integrating ATS with TA tech (CRM, recruitment marketing, assessments, AI/chat).
• Proven ability to drive recruiter adoption and productivity.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Own global program plans, timelines, risks, and executive reporting for TA tech initiatives.
• Drive system integrations across the TA ecosystem (CRM, content tools, AI, marketing).
• Design and execute global change management to drive adoption.
• Develop scalable training and system documentation.
• Partner with regional TA leaders to balance standardization with local needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance metrics, and roadmaps.
• Standardize TA processes, workflows, and job architecture.
• Implement tools for candidate engagement and personalized communications.
