Qualifications

2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Experience managing end-to-end processes across multiple roles.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
Preferred: MedTech/healthcare recruiting & DEI recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
Source candidates via job boards, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms.
Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
Ensure an inclusive candidate experience and maintain ATS data.
Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
