Qualifications

• Typically requires 6–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations.
• Experience leading TA transformation, innovation, or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Experience with TA systems (ATS, CRM, analytics tools).
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA innovation initiatives, including new tools, technologies, and scalable recruiting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience through process redesign and digital enablement.
• Partner with HR, TA leadership, HRIS, and external vendors to pilot, implement, and optimize TA platforms and solutions.
• Translate business and workforce needs into practical TA innovation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness and adoption of TA innovations and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change management, training, and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption of new TA capabilities.
• Stay current on external market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment innovation.
• Act as a thought partner to TA leaders, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic hiring priorities.
