Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of a multi-year TA transformation roadmap.
• Partner with HR, TA operations, and stakeholders to align with enterprise HR strategy.
• Drive tech enablement, process redesign, and analytics for TA.
• Establish governance for TA tech, dashboards, and key KPIs.
• Provide change management strategies and communication plans for adoption.
