Job summary

Soap Creek Resources seeks a Customer Experience Manager to blend functional consulting with client engagement for Federal Government and DoD stakeholders. You’ll shape processes, navigate implementation, and drive improvements after go-live, using SAP Concur and T&E expertise.

You’ll work with an Agile team, translating agency needs into system configuration, testing, and ongoing support, influencing the full implementation lifecycle and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with Federal Government or DoD clients.
• Hands-on Travel & Expense systems, preferably SAP Concur.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Ability to operate in Agile project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities from requirements to design and configuration.
• Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Translate agency needs into functional specifications and outcomes.
• Coordinate integration workflows, testing, and defect resolution.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and user experience improvements.
• Analyze data to develop insights for client decisions.
