Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Utah seeks a System Technologist to upgrade customer servers, migrate legacy databases, and ensure delivery on SLAs with strong customer service, thorough documentation, and clear follow‑through.

You will work with MSI teams to troubleshoot hardware, network and software issues, providing proactive communication in a CJIS‑regulated environment and ensuring security standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or technical business analysis.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade customer servers with the latest software release.
• Migrate legacy databases into new database structures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through support and SLAs.
• Collaborate with MSI teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
