Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Frequently lifts 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the district inventory and asset management system.
• Collaborate on joint technical projects.
• Escalate technology issues as needed.
• Adhere to district technology standards and procedures.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain technology equipment and software.
• Instruct staff on technology software and equipment.
• Provide support for technology issues within the district.
• Respond onsite and remotely for problem resolution.
• Assist in intake, repair, and return of devices to buildings in a centralized repair model.
• Assist in assignment and distribution of technology equipment.
• Assist in disposal of technology equipment.
• Relocate technology equipment within facilities as needed.
• Support new computer projects and hardware installations.
• Use the district ticketing system to document time and resolutions.
• Work with technology staff and vendors.
• Highlight technology issues to management and staff with recommendations.
