Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training is required.
• More than three years of experience in computer installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience supporting remote network access and imaging deployments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for assigned locations with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Maintain high levels of customer service during in-person interactions.
