Job summary

The Integris Systems Technician (ST) provides frontline support for single-user PC, printer, and Windows applications, acting as the initial contact via email or the client portal. The ST may work from the service desk or the field, with an on-site shift from 8 to 5 and a minimum of two days on site weekly.

Educational requirements include A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals and a High School Diploma or GED. Preferably a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience and basic infrastructure and

Qualifications

• Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non complex issues within single user system environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
• Shift 8 5P must be able to go onsite minimum two days a week and work in the call queue the remaining days.
