Job summary

Integris in Austin, TX, is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for single-user issues, including PC, printer, and Windows apps. You will be the first point of contact via email or client portal, serving from the service desk or in the field.

You will perform basic troubleshooting, document steps in the ticketing system, and assist Professional Services with onsite deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Possession of A+ and/or O365 Fundamentals or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably, a minimum of 1 year of service-related experience.
• Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage service intake via email and the client portal.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for non-complex issues within single-user system environments.
• Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system.
• Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed.
• Adhere to established client support documentation.
