Job summary

The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a Systems Programming Consultant within the Office of Information Technology Services to support IT project and change management activities for the Economic Self-Sufficiency Services Program. The analyst coordinates across program offices and technical teams to drive system implementations and ongoing support.

You will liaise between business units and IT teams to drive successful releases, manage risks, and ensure effective stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field, or 5+ years IT project experience.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools such as DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate IT project and change management activities across program offices and technical teams.
Support IT project implementations and release management efforts.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to stakeholders.
Liaise between business units and IT teams to drive successful system implementations and ongoing support.
